A New Year, A New Chapter: My Journey to Healing 🌿✨

There are moments in life when you know, deep down, that you’re standing exactly where God wants you to be. This is one of those moments for me. After carrying so much pain and exhaustion in my body for far too long, I feel a shift inside — a quiet voice telling me now is the time to heal.

Yesterday, I began my healing journey with Dr. Josh Axe’s program, and I don’t believe it’s a coincidence. I truly feel that God guided me here. He waited for the moment when I was ready — ready to listen, ready to change, and ready to love myself enough to heal.

And how beautiful is it that this chapter begins during Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year 🍎🍯 — a sacred time of reflection, forgiveness, and renewal. Rosh Hashanah isn’t just the start of a calendar year; it’s a spiritual reset, an invitation to pause and realign with who we’re meant to become.

I see this timing as a divine sign. The old version of me — the one who accepted pain, ignored my body’s cries, and felt stuck — is fading. A new version is emerging: stronger, softer, more patient, and deeply committed to healing. This isn’t just about physical health. It’s about reclaiming my energy, my peace, and my joy.

I know the path won’t always be easy. Healing rarely is. But I’m walking into this season with faith — faith in my body’s wisdom, in God’s plan, and in the power of small, consistent choices.

So today, I speak these words as both a promise and a prayer:

🌟 “I am ready to heal. I am supported by divine love and guided by purpose. Each day, my body grows stronger, my spirit lighter, and my heart more grateful. This is my time to rise.” 🌟
