🌿 Day 1 — The Beginning of My Healing Journey
Today was the official start of my journey toward a healthier body, mind, and soul — and like many new beginnings, it didn’t go quite as planned. My intake appointment was scheduled for 6:30 AM on Zoom, but of course, technology had other ideas. Two laptops and one phone later, I still couldn’t connect. 😅
By 9:00 AM, I finally managed to join the meeting, and what followed was an emotional but deeply meaningful conversation. We talked about my struggles, my health, and everything I’ve been through — and despite the rocky start, I made a firm decision: I’m going to actively participate in this program.
I’ve always believed that when I’m truly ready to heal, my body will know how to do it — and the right path will appear. Today, that belief came true. It felt like the universe saying, “It’s time.”
I completed my first assessment, and — unsurprisingly — the results showed exactly what I expected. We have a lot of work to do. I also filled out another in-depth health questionnaire, and I’m still waiting on those results.
Once I logged into the program portal, we immediately started exploring nutrition. One of the first things I found was a recipe for kale chips — and lucky me, I already have kale growing in my garden and a food dehydrator. So tomorrow, I’ll be making my first healthy snack from scratch. 🌱
To support my body today, I also drank 500 ml of water with hydration drops (dehydration has been one of my struggles) and took my magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D3 drops.
It’s only Day 1, but I’m already feeling hopeful and excited. This is more than just a health program — it’s a new chapter of self-love, healing, and transformation. And I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. 💚
